DMCA Policy
The Nhanj Home respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. Our commitment ensures that original content remains protected, both on our platform and elsewhere.
We expect all users and contributors to uphold these standards. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement. It details how copyright holders can submit a takedown notice and how users can file a counter-notification.
How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on nhanj.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include all the following information to be valid under DMCA:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works. For example, specify an article, image, or design concept from a home renovation guide.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit The Nhanj Home to locate the material. Provide URLs or specific page titles where the content appears on nhanj.com.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit The Nhanj Home to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location on nhanj.com where the material appeared before its removal or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which The Nhanj Home may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Send your counter-notification to [email protected].
